    As they are a part of QBE insurance i have now cancelled all my direct policies with them .Two house policies and two motor vehicles. I know that this means nothing to a huge company that they are but bad publicity will mean more people will think twice about using a company like this.

    Take your money and leave you high and dry when there is a claim and then will not renew your policies once again leaving you without insurance for your business. Then will not assist in any way to arrange a policy with another broker. SHAME SHAME SHAME. The attitude of the staff is less than satisfactory in fact one particular staff member is very rude and confronting ,does not listen and gets you off the phone asap. Not good customer service.!!!!! I thought that an insurance company would like to retain customers not send them away !!!!?????

    Would not recommend! I was yelled at and abused by a staff member from the Perth office. My car is still not roadworthy, leaving me with no vehicle. $1700 a year for terrible customer service!
